Customised refrigeration pipe supports

We manufacture custom-fit, CNC-manufactured moulded parts, individually according to our customers’ specifications. We offer the right solution for all conditions and isometrics:

• Two-part insulating shells, with stepped seam and laminated vapour barrier, pipe diameter and insulation thickness freely selectable
• Also available with round rebate or multi-layer insulation to prevent continuous joints on request
• Longitudinal joint with stepped rebate, clamping rebate, special shapes or without rebate
• Laminated vapour barrier made of pure aluminium foil or composite foil, optionally also without lamination
• Pipe bend in two parts or as a segment bend, for all standard radii
• Matching moulded parts in the form of reducers, T-pieces, sockets, outlets and to size: valve, flange and fitting caps
• Maximum application temperatures down to -196°C (PIR)
