Korff-Flex Plus rubber pipe supports

Korff-Flex Plus pipe support consisting of cut polyurethane foam with PVC jacket, screw pipe clamp and rubber connection on the end face for optimum connection to the adjoining rubber pipe insulation.

  • Insulation thicknesses adapted to the wall thicknesses of standard rubber insulation
  • High insulating properties
  • Two-part insulating shells cut from polyurethane foam, density 80 kg/m3
  • End faces covered with 6 mm rubber
  • Externally mounted, galvanised pipe clamps firmly connected to the insulation body
  • Pipe clamps with extended opening angle, facilitate the installation of pipework
  • Customised threads (M8/M10 / M12/M16)
  • Screws with a captive disc
  • Also available without pipe clamp
  • For pipe diameters from 6 mm to 219 mm
  • Insulation thickness adapted to commercially available rubber jackets (13, 19, 25, 32 mm)
  • Temperature range from -40ºC to +105ºC
  • Building material class B2
