It’s done. After a two-year planning and construction phase, we moved into our new building at the beginning of September 2023.

We store and produce high-performance insulation materials for our customers on 2,300 m².

We have placed great emphasis on prioritising energy efficiency in our new building too:

• The walls are constructed with PUR sandwich panels and the roof with special mineral wool insulation, which, in addition to its good insulating properties, also reduces the noise level in the hall.
• We have also been able to significantly reduce dust pollution thanks to modern room air treatment.
• During the cold season, the hall is heated by concrete core activation and a heat pump. We also utilise waste process heat, which we feed into our heating system by means of heat recovery.
• The new 133 kWp PV system provides us with green electricity and makes us less dependent on the turbulent energy markets. We now also have charging points for electric vehicles.

The new hall is a clear commitment to the Dietzenbach site and also significantly reduces our CO2 emissions.
