This means that deliveries are made on time, enquiries, quotations, complaints etc. are dealt with competently and quickly.
Our company’s services are humanly and ecologically acceptable.
As our partners, suppliers are also encouraged to make their contribution to the seamless quality chain.

Quality is measured by customer satisfaction
The customer decides on our quality. We have one goal: satisfied customers who buy our products again and again.

Quality is created and supported by all of us
employees all contribute to the realisation of our quality goals. Their attitude, commitment and quality of work determine the quality of our products and services.
We therefore see it as the responsibility of each individual to do their job diligently, to recognise and eliminate quality risks, to exploit opportunities for improvement and, where this is not possible within the scope of their authority, to inform their line manager.

Recognising risks and preventing quality defects
Every job is done right from the start according to the rules of good manufacturing practice. In order to recognise errors in good time, we have implemented tried and tested procedures for control and monitoring. These methods must be applied consistently. If errors nevertheless occur, we want to learn from them and prevent them from occurring in the future. The causes of errors must be eliminated. Careful work and safety are important prerequisites for preventing errors.

Good quality also means good productivity
Error prevention not only improves quality, but also reduces our costs. High productivity and cost awareness are prerequisites for the further development of the company. However, in order to optimise our manufacturing costs, we never cut back on the quality of our products or raw materials.
