Cold insulation for pipework

We manufacture custom-fit, CNC-manufactured moulded parts, individually according to our customers’ specifications. We offer the right solution for all conditions and isometrics:

• Two-part insulating shells, with stepped seam and laminated vapour barrier, pipe diameter and insulation thickness freely selectable
  
  1. Also available with round rebate or multi-layer insulation to prevent continuous joints on request
  2. Longitudinal joint with stepped rebate, clamping rebate, special shapes or without rebate
  3. Laminated vapour barrier made of pure aluminium foil or composite foil, optionally also without lamination
• Pipe bend in two parts or as a segment bend, for all standard radii
• Matching moulded parts in the form of reducers, T-pieces, sockets, outlets and to size: valve, flange and fitting caps
• Maximum application temperatures down to -196°C (PIR)
